Sweet, smokey and savory sauce. An initial burst of sweetness followed by a nice smokey chili pepper flavor. Mild on the heat but bold on flavor. All the sweetness in this sauce comes from fresh Apples. Made with Smoked Serrano, Chipotle, Aji Amarillo chilies, and Ancho Peppers, Fresh Dried Ground Apples, Vinegar, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Xanthan Gum, Lime, and Jah Love.
